Our activities include installation projects for buildings, as well as on-site project management and legalizations; integral project management for renewable energy installations (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics and biomass); performing energy efficiency studies and energy qualification of buildings; and renewable energy related promotion and training.
We also are specialists in the realization of R+D projects, either independently or in close collaboration with the technical department of our clients, capable of intervening in all the phases of product development, the production process, testing, homologation and quality control.

The production design of the building's installation includes the electrical installation/wiring (low voltage), the building telecommunications infrastructure, air conditioning, ventilation and extraction, plumbing combined with a solar thermal energy installation for the production of domestic hot water, drainage and fire prevention.

· The central heating system of the building and the production of domestic hot water is based on 24 solar thermal panels placed in the building roof (contribution of solar energy: 34.920 kWh/year) combined with the support of a biomass furnace HEIZOMAT HSK-RA-200 of 200 kW heating capacity (contribution of energy: 208.947 kWh/year).
· The building's thermal characteristics have been qualified by using the official software LIDER. |

The integral project management includes the design of the installation, realization of all the required documents, applying for the permissions and licenses at the public administration, applying for subsidies (if possible), on-site management during its installation, advising the client in his / her choice of materials and contracting a authorized installer. All these facets have one goal: guarantee an optimal performance of the installation and a maximal profitability of the client’s investment. |

Design, testing and homologation of solar thermal panels for Terso System
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

|
R+D project supporting the company Terso System in the design, testing and homologation of its new solar thermal collector, TERSO 200, which mainly will be distributed in the Spanish market and therefore its operating characteristics have to be optimized for use in the Spanish climate.
The proyect exists of the three following phases:
· 3D design and modeling of the collector and 2D drawings of the assembly that will be needed for its production.
· Testing of prototypes of thermal solar collectors in a custom made test set-up, equiped with a data adquisición system and evaluating its performance.
· Managing the homologation process in corporation with the authorized institutions. This homologation is required for being able to sell the product nationwide. |
